After performing our 4 songs, we watched the other primary schools and three secondary schools. Then the Hot Butter Soul Collective (this is what we are all dancing to!)
After working really hard for 2 days during break-time, Hannah (with a little help from her friends) has managed to raise £92.91 by selling biscuits and cakes. Thank you to everyone who sent money or cakes in! ![]() Saving electricity and finding new, cleaner ways of generating it is vital to the survival of our world. 6H have designed, built and tested some renewable energy machines! ![]() The Year 2s had a fantastic day at Skegness on Thursday. After lots of travelling, we enjoyed the beach. The feel of sand beneath our feet was amazing! ![]() The Year 6 boys spent the morning at the cricket club, coming very close in each match but ultimately, just being pipped to the post by the opposition. In the afternoon, it was the girls' competition. After a narrow defeat in the first match, the girls won the second two games. Well done girls! ![]() Here are more photos from the Edale Residential from last week and a couple of videos of the staff looking a little bit foolish! Unfortunately the Girls' Cricket team were narrowly beaten by Awsworth Primary School. The girls were just 12 runs short of progressing through to the 4th Round of the competition. They have another chance to be successful on Friday at Carrington Cricket Ground. The boys are also competing on Friday afternoon.
