We've had an amazing two days at our first ever Easter school for the Year 6 children. Head over to the Year 6 blog for more photos!

If you would like to practice reading with your child during the holidays, try this high frequency word flashcard task. A child in Year 2 should be aiming to read all of these words. Click the 'Play' button on the show to randomly move through the 150 words. If this 'macro' won't run (because of security settings or because the show is not running in PowerPoint itself), the slides are in a random order.
Curiosity Quest additional question: Which word(s) appear more than once? Click here to head over to the Year 4 blog page to see more from our exhibition this morning. The children have used recycled materials to make a wide range of jewellery, decorations and home furnishings (for want of a better phrase!). It was amazing! Below, you can see how the beads have been made for the jewellery. This was the eclipse at 8.32! Very exciting!
The second photo is at 9.17. Can you spot something very strange in the photo?
